Hello friends ~ I'm so glad you're here! I'm Sugantha (but you can call me Sugi). I'm an artist and writer based in North Carolina who loves to entertain and inspire people with my passion and excitement for graphic design.

I graduated from NC State University with a degree in Communication and a minor in Psychology. I always knew I loved to talk and help people, so in October 2020, I created an Instagram account that led me to express myself in ways I didn't expect people to enjoy. Being a mentor, tutor, and teacher, I know I have a knack for teaching others. I decided to combine my love for drawing and writing together to make the perfect recipe for expressing myself authentically and spiritually.

I come from a traditional household that thinks there is only one way to be happy and I felt stuck and out of flow. I listened to several podcasts on self-development and realized I was dealing with a lack mindset, codependency, and inner child wounds. Being surrounded by people who did not want to heal for the better never urged me to want to change. I met someone later who completely changed my outlook on my life through spirituality, mindfulness, and wellness.

The chaotic life I knew made sense when I learned about manifestation and the law of attraction and that only led to me exploring many realms of spiritual healing. My energy and mindset massively improved as I realized we make our own reality, and it doesn't have to suck, no matter the circumstances. Slowly, I noticed my life becoming what it’s meant to be.

I enjoy sharing my art and articles with you because as I learn the ins and outs of life, I love how someone resonates with me. I want to teach you how to step out of your comfort zone and manifest those dreams you think are "too big." I want everyone to know your mind is more powerful than you know. It sounds cliche, but literally, ANYTHING is possible. I look at spirituality from different angles to promote inclusivity. No matter which route to personal development you take, I hope to have something to share with you.

Buckle in. Changing your mindset and healing aren't easy, but I'll be totally with it!

Lot of love,

Sugantha
